About us
In 2009, a group of professionals set up Innovative Technologies Ltd (InTech) to develop and produce innovative technologies and manufacture modern products from composite materials.
The InTech specialists began designing and producing small-scale fiberglass parts for cars, especially car interior and bodywork components, as well as civil and industrial products, such as various pipes, tanks and household goods.
Following the successful development of this niche, an expansion of the production capacity was initiated. This enabled the company to produce a new medium class bus based on the IVECO DAILY 70C15 chassis. The InTech specialists developed design documentation, manufactured tooling and mastered production of three types of medium-class buses with passenger capacity of up to 35 seats: city, suburban and intercity buses. As a result of the necessary certification measures, the Russian Type Approval was obtained for all modifications.

At ComTrans 2011, an international exhibition held in Moscow, InTech presented the result of an ambitious new project – a medium-class bus with more than 30 seats. This model, which journalists dubbed “Nizhny Novgorod Fox”, aroused lively interest among specialists as well as visitors to the exhibition.
The competitive advantages of the new model were highlighted, which made entrepreneurs want to buy a new type of medium bus. These are its increased profitability and self-sufficiency in operation due to the increased number of seats.
The year 2013 was marked by the successful testing of the FOXBUS model carried out by the NAMI certification institute. They resulted in the receipt of Russian Type Approval for the Tourist and Suburban modifications in 17 variants of medium class buses, each of which is sold depending on the purpose of the saloon.
This has enabled InTech to start producing FOXBUS in-house.
Innovative Technologies Ltd. has organised and located the production of FOXBUS buses at a new vehicle assembly plant in Vorsma, Nizhny Novgorod region, 45 km away from Nizhny Novgorod.
The total area of the plant is 46,000 m2. The production includes the following workshops and areas:
- The assembly hall is an assembly line;
- Molding shop – manufacture of fibreglass panels for the bus body and interior;
- Staple area – welding bus body components;
- Welding area – Welding the bus body on a welding conductor;
- Model area – making and repairing moulding models;
- CNC machining area – manufacturing dies for moulding workpieces;
- The Paint Shop is a specialised paint facility that allows you to paint a complete bus body;
- Warehouses – specially equipped storage facilities for chemical reagents and components, as well as a warehouse for commercial workshop spare parts;
- The finished product warehouse.
FOXBUS production technology
We prioritise safety, technology and economy in the construction of every bus. We carry out mandatory quality control of raw materials and components, as well as output control of semi-finished products and buses. Our buses are serviced by IVECO dealers and service centres in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
